Rings
What are your rings made of?
Each page names the metal: stainless steel, tungsten or a silver tone metal alloy. Every stone is sparkling cubic zirconia (CZ), a lovely lab made gem.
Are the stones diamonds?
They are cubic zirconia, a bright lab made gem with lots of sparkle at a tiny price. We name it on every page.
How do I care for my ring?
Warm soapy water, a soft brush, and a soft cloth to dry. Two minutes a month keeps it shining.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
Use our ring size guide. It takes one minute and shows your size straight away.
What if I need another size?
All sales are final and sizes are not exchanged, so please check your size with our size guide before you order.
Can a jeweller resize my ring?
Tungsten cannot be resized, and stainless steel is very hard to resize, so the size you order is the size you keep.
Final sale and claims
Can I return my ring?
All sales are final, so we cannot take rings back for a change of mind or a different size.
What if my ring arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us your order number and a photo within 3 days of delivery. We send a replacement or store credit.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of ordering, as long as it has not shipped. We refund you in full.

How much is shipping?
Free on US orders of $35 or more. Below $35 it is a flat $4.95.
Where do you ship?
We happily ship all across the USA.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How can I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your ring is on its way. You can also use our Order tracking page.
